The Bank reserves the right to (i) request additional information from you; (ii) return the application for completion if it is incomplete; or (iii) refuse your application if it does not meet the Bank's criteria. If your application is complete and approved by the Bank, you will be invited to its branches to sign the relevant agreements and documentation.

In such cases, any subsequent application will be considered as a new application, unconditional from the decision of the previous application.
